This guy seriously needs to retire ASAP. He is unhelpful, boring, out-dated, technologly challenged, and unfair with grading. There are two tests, and homework. No idea how he calculates the grades he does. Doesnt seem to go by any mathematical system. Don't recommend anyone to take him.

Lectures drag like no other, too hard to understand him because he talks slow. There are only 2 tests but you have to attend lectures because his test questions are really specific and impossible to find in the text, he even says not to use the book. would only recommend if you don't mind sitting through classes that drag.

A.C. Claus is like your grandfather, but better. He's super knowledgeable and hilarious as well. He tells you exactly what he expects for the class and is particularly good at adapting science to make it understandable for non-majors. Take him!

This class was such a bore. Claus is a nice guy but his lectures just drag on and he spends more than half of the class writing on the board. The 2 tests are completely writing and it's all memorization. I skipped often.

EASIEST CLASS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. I hardly ever went, failed both tests, and somehow got a C-. Claus is funny and interesting and doesn't care if you show up or not. EASY EASY EASY!!!!!

If you are not a science person, TAKE HIM! He's not tough, and only gives you the barebones of what you need to know. It is highly obvious what he values enough to ask on an exam. He is a cute old guy, but not HOT, like the site asks.
