Hands down the best Stats professor at South. She teaches easy, she's super picky about certain answers, you GOTTA study cause although she teaches easy, her tests are no joke. An A isn't hard to get in her class if your always there for class!!

Great teacher. Teaches in an easy to understand manner. Translates difficulty material into easy to understand language. However you must put in study time. Do the homework to keep from falling behind and ask questions if you dont understand because she will move on. She will also show you step by step how to use your TI 83. I highly recommend her.

She teaches like an elementary school teacher does. But DONT let that fool you.. Her tests are something you have to be prepared for! She's picky about a lot of things but she's an overall good professor. People complain about how hard this class is... It's not that complicated. You just gotta be on your game with this teacher and she'll grade you fairly, no doubt.

if you arent good at math take her! she will spend the whole class going over the homework if you really dont understand it! test are easy she gives you study guides and the answers to the study guide questions. she made this class really easy! take her!! she now goes by dr. Tressler.

Dr Tressler (formerly Dr Summerlin) is a wonderful teacher. The class is hard but she made it interesting and helped me learn the material. I got a C in the class but honestly it is a hard class and I was happy with that. I would recommend Dr Tressler to anyone because she is fair. But you must study and work hard in this class.

As everyone says, this lady is a bombshell!! whoo, and she also isn't too bad at teaching...if you are really horrible at math, this is the lady for you. Calculator is a MUST!! she doesnt believe in using your own brain for tough stuff..study guides, quizzes, test, bonus, etc. Take this lady!!

Great teacher! She doesn't go into much theoretics behind things, but she teaches well enough for you to get the basic idea of things. Homework is not mandatory, but highly recommended. If she sees you're trying hard, she'll do her best to help you.

She reminds me of an elementary school teacher. She talks so sweet. She does an excellent job at explaining in detail step by step how to do everything. The material isn't super easy though. Very good teacher! VERY HOT & young! she is very clear and will help u if u need it. she forgets the sign-in sheet most of the time. tests are fair. homework most of the time, doesnt check it, but goes over the questions u ask her to @ the start of class. she gets to class on time & lets out early MOST of the time. gives some quizes. TAKE HER!!

she is AMAZING! she is so nice and make math easy. we only did like 4 chapters the whole semester so she takes each section really slow and makes sure you understand it. you dont have to turn homework in but do it and you'll do fine on the quizes and exams! take her! shes the only math teacher that ive heard good things about!

She makes everything really easy. Just do the homework and be really careful on tests not to make careless errors because she does count off quite a bit for any error on tests. I thought she was funny, approachable, and easy to understand. I made an A and learned a ton!

This was her first time teaching the class and I think she did very well. It was an easy class. She gives quizzes about every week and the test questions come straight from the quizzes. I never bought a book or did homework and still made an A in the class but you have to go and listen to her lecture.

Do ALL HOMEWORK which is optional. must know stats inside-out. Test will be around 5 questions, but 7 parts to each. If you mess up in the middle, she counts entire question wrong! If you have the wrong set up, but right answer, counts entire question wrong. Must be perfect.
