Comment:

She is a very kind lady and a good professor, however her grading on quizzes is horrible. Very picky on responses no matter what the question is asking. One question asked about your thought on a topic and she only have half a point cause she didn't think the response was thoughtful enough.

Becky is incredible. She has a real interest in this topic and thoroughly enjoys teaching the students about the subject matter and getting them involved in discussions. Random activities for points but participation is not mandatory. Very relaxed and helpful.

Becky is great! I had her for 430 and 635. She is very passionate, approachable, and makes her classes incredibly enjoyable. She is a great resource and is always willing to talk with students. One of my favorites!

I was ill most of the quarter and she seemed pretty reasonable about participation grades. A large part of your grade is just being, mostly from pop quizzes. I averaged a B- on the midterm and final and I missed quite a lot of classes, though I did most of the readings. If you go to class and do the readings, this class will be easy.

She was a decent teacher overall. The course material wasn't very interesting. A large part of you grade is based on being there every day. There are random pop quizzes, which can be annoying. If you are the type of person who never misses a class, this is the class for you. If you miss a class occasionally, you might not want to take it.
