I thought this was a very easy class. As long as you review the videos and skill based learning's you will do great. MyITLab pretty much makes you do it right or doesnt let you move on. 10 tries for questions and it is all open book, so if you don't remember you can check your book. Recommend! Easy Class! Good teacher! Ms. Bourke answered as needed

I wish I had done more research on this teacher prior to taking this course. The work load in this class in absolutely insane and frankly, unreasonable. MyITlab does all the teaching, and don't expect her to offer any help. Far and away most intense workload for a class I've ever had, and I learned nothing. Avoid this teacher at all costs.

EASY class you just have to make sure you do the exercises on myitlab. NO NOT TRY N CHEAT!! i tried to split the work with a friend and save her documents on my computer n upload them to my itlab and the computer knows if you dont do the process!!!!!! EASY A but boring!!

Bourke gives assignments every week on myitlab these asssignments are super easy and she also does one of the 4 assigned every week in class and then she also does a example one from the textbook, which you submit from angel. This is basically the routine for the class. Never forget flashdrive and always participate or you will fall bahind.

Mrs. Bourke was an awesome teacher! The class is easy and an easy A if you try and complete all the assignments. I was dreading this class, but I actually ended up enjoying it! I definitely recommend her!!

She is an alright teacher, she goes through chapters rather slow but as long as you are an attentive helpful student she will be a helpful teacher. It is an easy class, but watch out! All of the assignments are on the computer and she will sneak a few in. BEWARE!

She does not go over something you need help with until you turned it in and got an f on. She takes a really long time to reply to e-mails you send her. She calls you out and makes you feel stupid if you don't understand something. I wish I never had this class, this class is bringing my GPA down!

zzzz... Dr. Bourke is a snore. This class is not for you if you have other classes. Dr. Bourke continuously ran over the class time and was very childish if you got up to leave. She actually deducted points for not bringing the book to class. If you were into kindergarten then this class is for you. Otherwise, take an instructor that is a grown up.

She was a great teacher. The class was not difficult and directions were very clear. She responded back to emails very quickly. There are weekly quizzes, discussion boards, and a homework assignment but all are very easy. It does not take much time to complete. Her tests take a little time but they are not timed and are open book. Take her! :)

This class is so easy and so boring. I'm sure it's very helpful if you don't know anything about Microsoft applications, but it's a very hard class to sit through if you already know most of the information. Dr. Bourke is nice, kind of dry, but nice. The tests are easy and their open book so it's good to know where the info is in the book.

(Online) - As a computer literate person, I really enjoyed this class. Mrs. Bourke assigned many fun projects and gave more than enough time to complete them. Her exams were easy. However you need to make sure to read the questions thoroughly :) The only problem I had was communication; I contacted her 10+ times and only got a response thrice.

Professor Bourke is so sweet and extremely helpful. She is going through the homework in the class so all you have to do is basically self-training at home. I love this class because it includes Office 2007 applications and even though I am pretty comfortable with it, I am learning the details. I think it is an easy A.

Class is so easy a caveman could do it. She is a very good instructor and she doesn't have time to help everyone one at during a class period, so if you lack knowledge in these computer programs it's best to talk to her in person one on one,and everyone is saying her grading is strict, but she doesn't grade it MYITLAB does 3 tries on tests/homework

I learned so much from this class. I knew an average amount of stuff about computers but this definitely helped. You have three times to take the test..I don't think it can get any better. YOu can use your book on anything. It can get boring sometimes but that's when you can ahead. I enjoyed this teacher
