Maybe it was the topic, but I found this class incredibly boring. And the readings were insane for a 100 level course. About 100 pages for 2 nights and the midterms were 3-5 3 page papers. And she didn't give the lectures. It was just group projects.

She's passionate, loving, and instills that love and support in her students and her subject. She's like a mother giving you wisdom two times a week. It's great. There's a LOT of reading, though, and she fully acknowledges that but won't make it lighter. Just skim enough to be ready for discussion, be passionate, and you'll be fine. Great woman.

Caroline is seriously amazing. Brilliance personified. She's extremely understanding and an absolute sweetheart. She'll make you feel like a genius and then let you stop in the middle of class to stretch a bit. Unbelievable.

One of the best professors I've had - She's fun, extremely approachable and loving, and is a real goldmine of information. Caroline is one of those rare people who inspire real love for learning. The class is great too, well chosen movies and readings.
