Shes one of the nicest professors I have met at west valley. She is super caring and always answers any questions or concerns you have. As long as you buy the books and read the assigned readings you will do well! Cant stress enough how nice she is, such a great person as well as professor. 10/10 will always recommend her!

She is excellent! In my class we work with a lot of essays and she always give many comments on out essays so them we can improve them. She is also always up to talk about anyones essays and give more feedback in her office hours.

She means well and loves the power of writing. Gives good feedback, but gives out way too much work. A lot of group work, so make friends fast. She stopped teaching halfway through and made everything a group assignment.

She is an awesome teacher! She gives you feedback on where are your weakness and strength in an essay. Lectures are pretty short but clear. There is always an assignment each class, but always simple. Reading materials were useful.

She's honestly really cool. She will help you if you need it and gives very clear and helpful feedback on essays. I really enjoyed her class and would take her again. There's a few essays and some homework,but if you do it all in time you'll be ok. She allows some late work. you can only miss up to 3 days of class. Show up,do your work,you'll pass

Professor Fasano is one of my favorites! Whatever help you need she's always there to assist you. She's really nice about late work and extremely considerate when it comes to any kind of illness. I thought it was really cool how she gave us her personal number and she replies almost instantly whenever you text her. Pay attention and you'll get an A

I loved taking her. I talked to her first day and told her my areas I struggle in. She pulled me aside after every graded essay to help me improve. 4 short essays, midterm, final. Material helps with writings essays, gives a checklist for papers. Good feedback. Extremely nice, I wish I could take her again. Make sure you ask for help and she will!

I toke her in the morning so perhaps that's why she was always forgetful and all over the place. She wasn't as good as i thought she was. She wasn't very enthusiastic either. I started class early (7:45 am) to have her as a teacher and i kinda regret that. I would say though she's not a hard teacher and the essays weren't that bad either

Easy A. 3 papers. Didn't really learn anything. You can't hear if you don't sit in the front. She treated the class like we were in high school. For example, she would only let one person go to the bathroom a day, you had to ask, and you had to give her your phone.

She is one of the greatest English teachers! She helps guide you through your essay and is willing to help you whenever you need. The novels are time consuming, but interesting! Overall, she's a great teacher. I recommend her to anybody that likes English or is a English major.

I would recommend this class -- however, the pace is rather slow albeit thorough. She's extremely helpful and understanding and gives students many chances to higher their grade and improve. Heavy textbook use, but the novels are interesting! I loved her as a professor and I enjoyed her class.

OMG where do I start.She is so amazing.When she explains how is wants essays written,she doesn't really explain well.But I went to her office hours and she talked to me like I was a grand daughter and then she went into me detail.If you put in the effort she is will to help you.She has a sense of humor.A lot of books to read though.AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Ms. Fasano is AMAZING! The majority of class was either discussions or group work. She is a tough grader but allows redo's on ALL essays and writes very detailed comments on what to fix. She is extremely flexible and gives plenty of extensions. She always let class out early. Overall she was super nice and genuinely wanted you to do your best.

She is awesome! She allowed retakes for essays, gave homework each night that was not too heavy. I learned so much in 16 weeks with her.
