Easy honors class -- one homework assignment a week out of a book (no text book required). Notes come straight off of her lecture notes. One group project at the end of class that is very easy, and extra credit worth 5 out of 65 points on each test. No quizzes. No final paper.

Bednarski is a wonderful teacher! You must attend class and take notes because the bulk of her tests are from the notes. Her classes are fun and she often shows video clips to help us understand what we have learned from the lecture. Overall, an amazing teacher that I'd recommend to anyone.

Attendance is mandatory, she is cool and inquisitive towards viewpoints, makes clear what she expects, so just follow rules and you will pass, exams are tricky if you don't study.

MUST PICK for honor students. It is not a hard class. I got a A. But there are harder classes out there, so if you want to rack up your A, and you are willing to work for it, choose the class.

What can i honestly say ? She is the best freaking teacher ever !!!! Honestly one of those teachers that you learn a lot from. She helps you so much and i started off not caring about anthropology but due time after the final i loved the subject. Study your notes and understand every aspect of it, her readings are required. tests are worded tricky.

Her tests are difficult bc it doesn't ask for anthro definitions, but rather applies them to scenarios and requires you to fully understand the terms how she explains them in her lectures. Must show up to class because she has random in-class assignments, but she tries to make the class easier with lots of extra credit. Attainable A!!

As long as you attend class and do all the readings you will be fine. Most test questions are from lecture powerpoint notes. In class work and hw will boost grade. Prof grades easy as long as you do the work. Easy A.

As long as you take notes and study them you will get an A.Cmon people we are in college its really easy if you even semifocus. She is really nice and easy to go up to if you have a question. The honors class was interesting and not that much different from a regular class, its definitely worth it to take it looks so much better on your transcript!

Pay attention, take notes exactly like how she shows up. She can have an attitude problem sometimes, but she's nice most of the time. Plays favorites, like things to be restated and elaborated her ways. Besides that, she's an okay teacher.

took her 8 week class, and it was much easier than i expected. go to class, do the homework assignments (took me less than an hour each on average,) and read the book. test questions were more context-based rather than definition-based, so as long as you understand the concepts, which are fairly interesting, it's an easy A!

You have to pay attention and take meticulous notes. She can lecture quickly and covers a lot of material in class. She will keep you busy with assignments, homework and a final group project. She is a serious teacher you will learn about things that seem to have no significance but it all comes together in the end.

She's kind of a wierd professor, she will tell u what she thinks and is very straightforward. The tests are pretty tricky because you really have to study the notes but besides that, this is a generally easy class considering it was an honors class as well. I would recommend this class, it wasn't hard and you can learn a lot too!

Really great class. Honors is really easy but you still learn a LOT. She lectures a lot every time, so you have to attend, but she makes it interesting and easy to pay attention. I really recommend this. I wish she taught other classes so I could take her again.

She teaches very clearly and the exams are on the notes. She tells you that you wont need the txtbook but we need a book of anthro articles. Tests are alll from her notes. She hates texting in class & WILL get angry. i took the 8 week class so theres 1 group project. 2 exams. 4 HW assignments & a comprehensive final.

I got a B or C at the beginning but because I did all the extra credit and did well on my papers (rephrase the article you read), I got an A eventually. Exams are in multiple choice but kinda tricky. Make sure you read you notes carefully and go over the assigned readings. I think this class is pretty interesting and you can learn a lot from her=)

He is a good teacher and has pretty interesting lectures that i enjoyed the most out of my classes this semester. Her tests can be a little confusing. She doesnt want you to just know terms; she wants you to have an understanding behind why things are the way they are. I would recommend taking her class.

This was by far one of the easiest, and most interesting, honors classes you will take at OCC. Bednarski is such a nice lady with lively lectures. I enjoyed coming to class and you can get an A as long as you turn in your HW on time and take good notes for the tests! A is very possible, EC available. Take this class it's so much fun esp the group p

Mrs. bednarski is an amazing professor. I was so intrigued by every single lecture. The information is interesting, but the way in which she presents it makes it that much more intriguing. She appeals to a younger audience but also has great control over the class, the students never get out of hand and it is a great environment. shes amazing
