He likes to tell jokes and share anecdotes. Pretty nice guy. If you need extra help, he'll help you. You have to read the book, and you have to take notes during his lectures... even the parts that are difficult to follow. You can't slack off and get an A or B in this class.

His writing on the board isn't very legible. It was hard to follow him and if you don't do well on the tests you're pretty screwed. Wouldn't recommend him. He'll just go non stop writing on the board and talking while writing for great lengths of time.

Often goes on long tirades that have nothing to do with topic material. Teaching method leaves quite a bit to the student to learn on their own, material is often presented completely out of context. If you want an A, you'll have to teach yourself the class. No syllabus or structure followed. Labs are easy to get a good grade in.

Okay im taking his class right now and he is horrible. The only luxury of this class is that the practice test was the exact same as the test he gave the next day. Just as everyone else has said on here, he is a horrible teacher. , horrible hand writing, gets so frustrated when you ask questions that he knows. So inconsiderate

Bad teacher, he doesnt use the textbook at all. He didnt have office hours in the summer. He goes of on many tangents during class. Tests have very little to do with notes given in class.

^ week summer class. No syllabus given. He did not use the book. Tests were announced 2 days before and sometimes announced in lab where 1/2 the class did not know about them. When asked when tests would be - the reply was when I cover enough material. Not good for a 6 week class especially for those students who may have been working.

Terrible professor, just rambles on incessantly. Most of the stuff did not make sense, he's terrible at writing notes on the board. No summer office hours. Worst teacher I've ever had.

Hes a chemical engineer so he takes a different perspective. He explains things pretty well and will answer questions. He doesnt have office hours though because he teaches at another school. I have enjoyed the class and feel that i understand thematerial
