Great prof, sad to see him retiring! Helps students as much as he can, the class isn't hard unless you don't study!

Didn't go to a single lecture and got by using the textbook and Google. Midterm and Final were fairly easy. All his midterms and finals are choose 3 of 4 questions so they can be completed quickly.

decent prof. read the book, study his homework questions and practice exams. i sometimes can't stay focused in class, and ill give him the benefit of the doubt and say it's because of the 8:30 lecture. Overall good professor - willing to help - fair marker

I agree FULLY with the turtle comment. A pretty average professor. I would advise attending the lectures and writing your own notes, especially since the Powerpoint notes he makes available can be somewhat unclear at times and, more importantly, because the problem sets and questions (the key parts of each lecture) will be the basis of the exam.

Pretty easy class so long as you do the practice questions. Very straight forward, though a bit of a mumbler. Looks like a very cute turtle, you can't help but forgive him for being a bit boring.

He's probably not the most exciting prof, but his exams are easy. The exam questions will be very similar to the questions he does in class. He's a nice guy.

Just go to class to get his handouts, and you'll be fine. Stay home the rest of the time for the mid-term and final...and you'll do fine. But BY ALL MEANS DON'T GO TO HIS CLASS FOR ANY OTHER REASON. IT MAY BE HARMFUL TO YOUR HEALTH!!!

Good guy. My real complaint is no website, and basically only two pages of handouts. Stuff is right out of the book.
