She is amazing. This is the first teacher to pass me in cal. Yes, you do need to study. She doesn't even give you a lot of homework. maybe like 5 problems. this math class should have been a breeze, since it is math for elementary teachers. the math was super easy, but she explained it to where you couldn't understand what she was talking about. you can't understand her and on my tests, i had the right answers, but didn't do it her way, so i got it wrong!!! i would never take her for anything again!!!

I used to like calculus until I took this teacher. She marked my answer on a quiz wrong when it was right. When I talked to her about it, she admitted I was right and that I followed directions, but wouldn't give me credit. She makes no logical sense and makes simple algebra mistakes. I had to drop this class to save my GPA. DON'T TAKE HER CLASS!

If you do not have a strong foundation in Calculus from high school you will struggle in this class. I am an A/B student and although I have put much time and energy into this class, I fear my grade will not reflect my hard work. That just should not be the case. Did the homework, never missed class, asked questions and still I felt lost.

A very nice and wonderful lady. She has the amazing ability to present the theories of calculus in an understandable way considering the difficulty of the material. Would recommend to anyone needing a firm background in math.

Once you learn to understand her, it's not too bad. She encourages class participation and gives quizzes regularly. If you do the homework, the quizzes will be quite helpful toward your final grade. She is a fair teacher and will give you partial credit for what you know. Calculus is not easy for many people, but she makes it do-able. I got an A

Very hard teacher. She gave a study guide for each test, but the tests looked nothing like them. She doesn't explain things well. She would write things on the board and expect us to understand them without actually "teaching" us.

Holy crap. she's impossibly hard to understand. her accent is very deep russian, and after the first in class test, she told me to drop because i'd fail.. so, i did drop it... you shouldn't take her unless you can teach yourself.
