Prof. Kennedy is a great professor who cares about your success! I took pre-cal with her and we did cover a lot of material so it was very fast paced. She was good at answering questions during lectures if something was misunderstood, or she would try a different approach to help you better understand. The tests mimic the test reviews.

Comment:

Prof. Kennedy was really great. Took her for a maymester algebra class. Very caring and helpful. I wasn't very good at math until I took her and things started making sense. Would 100% recommend her. She's awesome!

Comment:

I would NOT have her as my professor again. She goes over everything so quickly no one can keep up. She makes you feel stupid if you ask her a question. Personally, i didn't learn anything from her at all. The website we used is Connect Math and THAT was extremely helpful.

Ok so I will admit I was in over my head when I took her course. I was intimidated by how fast she went and how complex the math was. If you talk to her after class about the problems you are having trouble understanding she will take them time to help clear things up. If you practice the practice test you will score a pretty good grade.

Taking this course online you basically teach yourself. That being said the course was well organized through a separate system from canvas. There are a lot of assignments. I would retake the course again.

She seems like a caring and nice person. But when she gives a lecture she talks too fast and isn't clear explaining her self. When she shows us examples of a question she sometimes gets stuck doing a problem. Most of the time if you ask her to clarify something she just confuses everyone more.

Professor Kennedy is an excellent professor! She knows her Math! Also she is attentive and responds promptly if you have any questions. I was enrolled in her Cal 1 Class.

Comment:

Professor Kennedy is one of the best professors I have ever had! I have taken her for Cal 1 online and Cal 2 in person. She is clear, concise, and seems to genuinely care about her students success. I would highly recommend this professor for anyone serious about learning higher level mathematics. Expectations are clear and you should pass easily.

Shes very easy and and h.w. is not like mymathlab but gives you multiple attempts. Reviews for Test are similiar to Test. Showing up to class is important just to get most of the notes to help on some of the h.w. She helps with questions if you need any and is clear and willing to help. Tests are in class but she may make one of them on the comp

You can tell that she isn't too great with her english wording. She talks and talks and doesn't explain. She doesn't ask the class if they get it, she just assumes. She is the reason why I am failing unfortunately.

She seems like a sweet person but her teaching skills are lacking. She goes over the material too fast and gets annoyed if you ask too many questions. She makes you feel dumb for not understanding the material. However, if math is your strong suit than you should do fine but if your like me and need more instruction don't take her.

Do not take her class! She barely discusses the material. She just chugs through textbook problems and often gets stuck finding the solutions. Very unorganized. Very condescending. Refuses to review old material. Just doesn't care. Gives busy work... 45+ HW problems AND 2 quizzes PER chapter for 20% of grade. Stay away.

This was not an easy class. If you can keep up or get ahead in the online portion then you will have a better chance than I did. Wasn't a fan of her. She did give partial credit but she seemed lost at times which made it hard to take her seriously.

lots of hw .not responsive by email and if she is takes forever.test are easier than her hw. Have to go on campus to take test. Not bad I would recommend you just need to make sure to stay on task. Program ex were what helped so I never needed her help for the math portion. She is understanding. I'm bad at math and so far have an A. pending final

She is nice and sweet but I would not take her if you expect to get direction or help.Lots of HW.She also expects you to go to the math lab to take the actual test.This is an online course!HW and Reviews do not reflect what is on test.Harder questions and program erased all my answers so I would have to start over many times.

Kennedy was my 4th math teacher and compared to my 5th that I have now she was outstanding. I received a B+ in her 0301 class. in the beginning I complained of maybe having to much HW but if I compared it to my course now the HW she gave was manageable. Her test were easy and basically the same as the review given. I will be taking her again :D
