I believe he's the best electrical engineering professor in the EE department. Notes were extremely helpful and if you ever got confused about something, his office hours will clear things up. Take him if you can!

print out his notes, put it in a binder, study it. his lectures are very fast and dry as he uses powerpoint. HWs were the most time consuming. He didn't have labs before, but now I think he does. Might want to make friends with someone who's taken it recently. Midterms were fair but difficult. definitely get help from TAs

Great Class and Great Prof!! His notes are extremely helpful. He cares about his students and his class mainly.He DOES NOT CURVE....be Super carefull...Final is super hard and takes the whole 3 hours. Don't under estimate it.

As a senior now, I can say that Najmabadi is pretty much the best engineering professor I've ever had. His lectures are concise and on-point, his notes are extremely helpful and he's just an all-around excellent professor. Plus, he drives a Ferarri, and that's just friggin' cool.

Very helpful in office hours. Actually tests on material covered in class and in notes...what an idea! If you derive all equations in notes and understand all practice midterms, you can actually do OK!

On-line notes extremely helpful. All labs are directly related to class material. Cares about students comprehension. Great Class. His final is extremely difficult though.
