Comment:

Post is a great professor! You can tell he truly cares about his students. Attendance is a must! He lets you miss 4 classes but deducted points after that. There are three exams-all open book. You do 1-2 case briefs, which are not difficult. I would definitely take him again!

Comment:

The class consists of in-class dilemmas. That is the only thing you'll do all semester, every class. No exams and no homework. Show up, because that is the only credit you receive, along with the various assignments he hands out. If you show up, do your work, and turn it in you'll pass with an Easy A.

Dr. Post can be difficult at first, but I promise the more the semester goes on, the more you'll like him. He's got a great sense of humor and he is very intelligent. His exams are rough, but you do better on them than you think you do. Go to class and pay attention, and you'll do fine!

Comment:

This class fairly easy. The only assignment you have to do are Legal Brief presentations and 3 exams which are open book. To get a A on the exam I would recommend reading over the cases that he tells you to study during the review and I promise you will get an A on all three. The only thing I didn't like is that he didn give feedback on Briefs

Comment:

Dr. Post (Ethics in Management) developed this class himself. That materials for the most part are all his made from the ground up. This class will open your ethical perspective but its interesting every day of the semester. He loveslives for this class. It is a must take before he retires for good. No test. All papers. In-class exercises. TAKE!!!

Dr. Post is the professor I respect most at this University. He is funny when he wants to be but overall just wants to see students succeed and be the best they can be. He knows the material very well and is very passionate and knowledgeable. If you want to know law in accordance with business this is the professor to take.

Was uncertain if I would like the last the first few weeks, but eventually found out this professor and class is great. He teaches you the actual important things to know and skips over pointless history and dates. Overall I definitely recommend him. (Also googled him, pretty interesting life)

He comes off as a bit surly at first, but he eventually becomes friendly and funny. Great guy! Class was graded at 75% open-book exam and 25% presentation+ attendance. He's interesting... So take him!

Very good professor, I thought this class was very helpful and knowledge that should be taught to everyone. I am an Information Systems major and enjoyed it thoroughly.

Comment:

This guy is a great teacher. The material is a bit unruly, but he does a great job of explaining it and takes time to help you if needed. You will have to present legal cases to the class, but they are very easy. Information learned is invaluable in HR.
