Had Spendiff for 2 grad classes as Armstrong Atlantic. He worked as an Exercise Physiologist full time and taught 1 class per semester. He was very knowledgeable and interesting. The Ex Phys lab class was almost 100% hands on and very fun. I learned a lot and had a great time in both classes. His test were tough but fair.

Very interesting class. He takes his notes exactly from the book so you don't really have to read it. Just do the Online assingmnets and readt the notes on webCT and you're guaranteed an A.
