Very good teacher,always willing to help if she knows that you need it,always avlble by e-mail or appt. b/c there is so much mtrl to cover,she does have to cram ALOT of mtrl into each class,but if you don't understand something she gives every opprtnty to ask.Hmwk not mandatory,but if don't do it,won't know until too late what you don't understand.

I took this class to refresh my Math skills before entering a new degree path. I've had College Algebra before, and Prof Harp still taught me some new things. The beginning is all review, and she teaches accordingly. You should already know it. Once review is over she will teach until you get it. She's great! Just study, and ask questions.

Excellent professor. Very caring about her students, explains things in full detail. Don't take if you don't have at least some knowledge in basic algebra, but even w/ students who were totally lost she took the time to patiently help. Would definately recommend.

SHE TALKS TOOOO MUCH!!!! She begins to explain something, and halfway there, you get it...she keeps going and it is OVER for you. She is SO annoying!!!! OMG. If you can actually stand coming to boring classes, you will have an A. But, don't be surprised if you feel like dying due to boredom.
