I had him many years ago. Yes, he was hard and his tests and grading were hard to understand. However, his approach truly got his students ready for teaching. I will never forget some of the things he made us do...but it all helped me to be a good teacher. Thank you, Dr. Wiley

His classes are very hard and there is a lot of work, but you will learn a LOT! These are subjects that you really need to grasp if you are teaching. So it is good that he is so tough. If you go in and talk to him he is very helpful and helps to explain things more.

These were the most difficult two classes at Baylor. And he has a very odd and confusing way to keep track of your grades, so it was hard to figure out where you were at. I agree with the other comment though, it is impossible to pass his tests.

He's old but watch out cuz hes out to get you. Also dont even try to pass the tests cuz nobody in my class did but somehow we made b's and c's
