Horrible teacher. At least 20 minutes late to every class, extremely disorganized. We only had a midterm and a final and she took forever to give back grades. Very unclear.

Swingle makes class pretty easy. She is very disorganized, constantly late, and slow to grade work. If you can handle that it is an easy A, plenty of easy homework grades, lots of group work where nothing really gets done. It is important to study for her tests, she WILL ask questions on material not covered in class.

decent prof. teaches general psy class all from powepoint. only 4 exams. drops the lowest grade. has extra credit events. very little hw assignments. kinda boring. won't really learn anything from her but an easy class. just print out and study the powerpoint slides.

She's really sweet and really nice. She's always open to discussion about the material. She makes studying very easy by giving exactly what will be on the test. Between powerpoint presentations, lectures, readings and assignments only a moron or lazy person could fail this class

I liked her b/c she was really easy. The discussions were good but without them the filling in the blank powerpoint slides would have been boring. She basically gives you what to study for while she is lecturing so listen. the exams are easy if you study. There is a media portfolio which is fun.

I enjoyed her class. We had good discussions. She allows questions and comments. For an intro class, this is the best pick. I can really say that I'm more interested in psychology after this class. Attend the psychology film series! They're interesting and extra credit.

A good teacher and nice lady. good for both auditory or visual learners b/c of the lectures and powerpoint. Good on attendence since you're allowed 2 free days. Also gives extra credit which is nice.
