she doesn't care, if you take a quiz before a test she doesnt go over it before the test, so if you mess up on the quiz you wont know until after the test...pointless. WILL NOT HELP YOU EVEN IF YOU ASK HER!! If you ask her a question it's like she doesn't care at all what you have to say!

If I to describe this teacher in three words they would be awful, hateful, and mean. If I had to describe her in two words they would be bad attitude. If I had to describe her in one word it would be RUDE. I would advise this teacher to retire.

This teacher is awful! She never gives students enough time to complete tests and other assignments. When a teacher is as "burnt-out" as she is, they should seriously consider retiring or changing professions. I dread going to her class every day that I have her. I believe one of her biggest problems is her attitude. Gets mad if you ask ?s.

This teacher has a serious attitude problem. If you ask her a question she will answer your question with severial other questions. She will never give you a straight answer. She needs to learn that respect is a two way street. Just because she knows the subject matter doesn't mean the students (who are in the class to learn) will.

She's very helpful and will help you if you ask for it, always has a great attitude as well. I finished the class one point away from an A on my average. I had no clue at the beginning of the semester. So if you have trouble in this class, it's your own fault for not putting in the effort and asking for help when needed.

I know Janis both as a teacher and an advisor. She expects a lot of her students, those that expect an easy ride will not like her. She dropped the Dept head job to concentrate on teaching.
