I took a fun class that I don't think is offered anymore. I was called Whitewater Aquatics. He taught you how to not drown in a kayak which is useful but is not really to 'fun'. He also has a bad habit of throwing you in cold rivers when you don't expect it.

So i had him for Book of Mormon, and at first it was intersting becuase he teaches mostly doctrine, not so much the book. But by the end of the year he is amazing and he really gets you think. He is way fun and caring!

Brother Jex is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He is interested in the well-being of his students and tries his hardest to help them to be better disciples of Christ. If you read your scriptures, take time outside of class to study the doctrine and review class notes you will do well. He teaches with scriptures and prophetic words.

Brother Jex is such a great teache!!. He gave us a schedule for what we would be doing the whole year, but he just goes by the spirit when he teaches. He really knows the scriptures. He's relaxed about everything and makes class fun. He tells you whats going to be on the tests and makes sure everyone knows the stuff. TAKE HIS CLASS!!!

I don't always agree with how he teaches but he for sure cares about the students and spends more time than I would to help. I like what he has done for the department and the major. He will teach you fun and cool stuff. Thanks Bro Jex for doing a great job!

This guy loves suck-ups and as the department chair he is holding students back. He doesn't care what's best for the students, and tells you to bite your face (aka shutup). He needs to retire!!!!! Let a teacher who wants students to excel in recreational skills take his seat.
