Very intelligent man, but very soft-spoken. He can easily put you to sleep. ASK QUESTIONS! If you don't know the material and never ask a question, you will never get to fully appreciate this professors potential. Strive to stay awake and learn from this guy. Also, regardless of how boring the class may be, it can be very easy to pass.

This is my 1st time taking Joe! But I love his classes...he does a lot of hands on, which is what I like...I've learned a lot so far...the OSI model, and the basic functions of networks and how they work...GREAT TEACHER!!
