I absolutely HATED history in high school and was NOT looking forward to taking a college history course. However, Dr. Crossno is absolutely the best history professor I have ever had. He was kind, attentive, and had very reasonable expectations. He is very passionate about the material, and he actually kept me awake and interested in every class!!

Crossno is the epitome of what a prof should be--extremely knowledgeable, passionate, engaging, and accessible. Difficult research final paper and pop quizzes, but, really, this is college. That's standard fare. Awesome teacher!

Awesome! The only people that struggle in his class are those that arent there too learn. If you are not in college to get a higher education maybe you should choose an easier class than his. He is a teacher with expectations and if you want an easy ride with little effort dont waste his time. He is a passionate teacher and great person.

John Crossno is the reason I am a history major. He loves his job and is passionte about what he is teaching. He is very random sometimes but thats what keeps him interesting. His test are hard but not if you study and put forth effort. Overall is the best teacher I have ever had.
