If you want to learn in this class you absolutely will. It is possible to fall behind fast if you don't get her notes. She only cares as much as you do, meaning if you pay attention and ask questions she will help you out but if you ignore her she won't care how you do.

she's pretty funny. she is really sarcastic so you just have to get used to her antics. She thu away one of my assignments because I was late to claim it and just because I went to get it out of the garbage can, she let me take full credit for it. Forces class to talk. Test are easy, write down everything that she puts on the board.Barely used text

At first i thought she might suck and was gonna be a mean professor but after the second class, i got used to humor and she made the class very enjoyable. Has a good lecture, runs through chapter powerpoints which take 5-10 minutes which are kinda boring but it's quick. Involves everyone in class discussions and always get out early!

Julie's lectures are fun and lively - I had her last semester for Intro to Business and really enjoyed the class. She gives plenty of opprotunity to earn a better grade and treats her students like adults unlike some other teachers at OCC. You'll enjoy any class that you take with Julie!

Julie's Intro to business class has been a great experience! I've thoroughly enjoyed her educational style as she manages to keep lectures lively and covers a lot of material. Tests are straight-forward & chances to improve on grades is given. I plan on taking more classes with Julie in the future.

She is very funny and her class was not stressful at all. The tests are easy and she does go through a lot of chapters in 8 weeks, but I paid attention and I feel that I learned a lot from her. She's very passionate and I would definately recommend her.
