As a teacher, she's horrible. You sit in a kindergarten-style happy circle and over half the class is her talking about her personal life. Don't bother trying to take notes, she rushes through what you actually NEED for the chapter faster than I can type this. Don't bother asking for help; extremely passive aggressive. Outside of class,nice person

Asked her for help and flat out refused to give advice or help in the first couple weeks of class. She was actually pretty rude on the phone when I had technical problems with my computer and LCCC intranet. Penalized my grades and was not understanding whatsoever. Not sure how she got the job if she cannot help her students. Good Luck!

Decent teacher. Don't bother listening to her "lectures", most of the time she rambles on about her personal life. If you read the book, tests are a breeze. Gives a lot of extra credit, especially on the sologroup project as long as you try. She is very passive aggressive if you debate her on some topics. Suck up and you'll be fine, unfortunately.

Excellent teacher, I had her for nutrition. It was a harder subject than I expected but through the reading and the coursework she makes sure you are knowledgeable. There is a semester long project that focuses on an analysis of your diet. It was amazingly very interesting and usable for me. I highly recommend her as a professor!

Overall great course, with an enthusiastic instructor. She really wants you to absorb and apply the material. Her responses to submitted assignments were always encouraging. Replied to all questions in a timely manner. Many opportunities to earn extra points! I would recommend this course with Dr. Clemente, of course, to anyone!

One if the hardest teachers I ever had, but one of the best, if you need help, she will help you. Gives many opportunities for extra credit. I learned so much stuff from her that ill remember forever, I love Dr. Clemente and I thank her for everything she taught me

Dr. clemente is by far one of my top favorite professor. no i was not an A student in her classes but still does not change my though of her. she is in my opinion the best option to go to when you needed anything nutrition or hospitality related, also she was one of the most fair professor during my tie at LCCC.I would recomend her in a heart beat!

She's a dream to have as a professor. Cares about every student and makes sure they understand before moving on. Humorous to a fault. Helpful in every way. Only one character flaw - but it's a severe one - she's a Yankees fan! Go Sox!!
