She will be retiring this yr, but I wanted to say she was a brilliant professor and deserves the world. If she ever decides to teach again, definitely take her! Exams were easy; reviews them the class before. You will definitely be more knowledgeable about health for the rest of your life!

Comment:

Loesener's class was both engaging and informative. She always had stories to share on the topics we went over and the class was very laid-back. There were multiple extra credit opportunities, and we were allotted a small notecard on exams. As a heads up, you don't really use the textbook aside from one take home test.

Took her health class in the summer and she was such a great professor! She makes the class interesting, she's funny, she has a review day before tests, and she allows you to have a cheat sheet on the day of the test. She is supper kind and helpful I would highly recommend taking her class!! She's GREAT!

The best professor I have ever had. She is kind and explains the material incredibly well. Each exam is exactly what's covered in class and if you are absent, the powerpoints of her lectures are available. She makes class really fun and I hope to have her as a my professor for another class someday.

She is inspiring and sweet. Take advantage of the EC! All info is in power points. The day before test, she goings over test questions and reviews them so take out your pencil and paper and write as many ?'s as you can down and the answers so you can memorize it. Do bonus ?'s on test. I think you can have a cheat sheet.. idk, but take her !

i have never met a teacher with such a positive attitude like prof kristy. she gives out tons of extra credit that actually is fun to do. she gives test reviews and allows cheat sheets and is willing to work with your needs. her lectures are great she gives our important info and includes personal stories that are actually interesting. easy and fun

All I can say is WOW.. Professor Loesener is a FANTASTIC teacher, who sets up the class for student success! She goes over EVERY question, word for word, for every exam in her reviews! She also allows an index card "cheat sheet" for each exam, and the final is take home! She also gives a boat load of extra credit. What more can you ask for?! Easy A

Just take her, like no bs. Best professor I've ever taken at el co. Easy af and she is always giving things to student's like pencils, notebooks, halloween candy, and A LOT OF EXTRA CREDIT. Super easy A class but you learn so much! Book was opened once for a take home exam.

KRISTY IS AMAZING. THE CLASS IS EASY BECAUSE SHE OUTLINES EVERYTHING ON THE TEST FOR YOU AND GIVES YOU A CHEAT SHEET. SO REALLY NO USE FOR THE TEXT BOOK. YOU CAN CHECK IT OUT FROM THE LIBRARY FOR 2 HOURS AT A TIME. I REALLY LEARNED A LOT FROM HER AND HER PERSONAL TESTIMONY. EXTRAAA CREDIT. THERES NO WAY TO NOT GET AN A IN HER CLASS.

HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS TEACHER. Loved coming to her class every time because the energy she puts out is the best. Take this class for the Area E section for CSU Transfer only. Her class is very easy only because she actually knows her stuff and gives good lectures. Gotta be honest, a lot of studying but it's not that bad, easy A great professor.

She is amazing ! Super easy and super funny ! Just because her class is easy does not mean she doesnt teach. You will learn a lot in her class. I passed with like 115% . The book is not mandatory but it does help out a lot on the home test she gives. TAKE HER.

I would sooooo take this class again! She made the class fun and very interesting. If you don't get an A in this class then I'm sorry but Idk how you wouldn't? There's alot of extra credit, and a flash card is allowed for the tests which helps ALOT. Great personality, very humble. She also tells a lot of interesting stories! She's great!

Loesener is awesome!! Her class was super easy and gives tons of extra credit. Her reviews are a lifesaver and she lets you bring a flashcard cheat sheet to the test. Her stories are very interesting and has great humor. One of the most enjoyable classes I've taken at El Camino hands down.
