Dr. Langille is a very kind and caring person. He has trouble with peoples names, but he truly does care. I learned a lot more from this DE course than the one offered at Calhoun CC. People required to take DE should consider taking it from him. He's excellent.

I love languille! He is easy and as the year went he got to where he explained things better. He is boring but what math class isnt thats two hours long. His tests are straight from the homework problems. You are an idiot if you dont take him. I dont see how you can rate him poorly. He gives insane partial credit!

Easiest math class ever. He is not really good at explaining everything and gets flustered when you ask questions. His tests are super easy. As long as you try to work out the problem he will correct your wrong answer and give you full credit. 1 to 2 homework problems per week. Super easy and I would highly recommend him!

Quite possibly the easiest college class I've taken. By far the easiest math class I've ever had. Very pleasant professor to work with. Has a bit of difficulty communicating, but have a little patience, it's all part of being a genius. Cannot recommend any stronger.

interesting...very...interesting...never had a math class quite as unorganized...boring...and useless as this one...the only thing that kept me coming to class were the people in the class that made it a lot more fun...ive never been more disappointed in a grade i got and knew it was about 90% his fault...great person...terrible teacher...

His class is extremely easy.If you suck at math,i suggest you take him..He isnt always clear but i suggest if you dont understand him,go get a tutor from the academic resource center like i did.DONT DROP OUT OF da CLASS(Easy grade if u do your work)Do ur homework bc the test will be mostly similar to da homework.No more than 7 problems on each test

This was one of the easiest math classes I've ever taken. Test questions are almost identical to the assigned homework problems. Langille gives lots of partial credit on the tests which makes it really hard to fail. TAKE LANGILLE'S CLASS if you have to take Cal 120.

He uses plenty of examples and is always willing to answer questions. He's not the most interesting professor, but the tests cover exactly what you expect them to, and if you do the homework you should do fine.

Was kind of hard to understand, kept saying "Ummmm, uhhh" in every sentence, the plus was that he graded easy and was pretty friendly. I would recommend this class if math is not your best subject. Just read the chapters to understand it better.

i hate math but this class is the perfect class to take if you have trouble with it. he grades very easy, which is good. i had no idea how to do a problem on a test and all i did was copy the problem on to the answer sheet and he gave me half credit for that problem. HIGHLY recommended

Really boring. Will write a bunch and then stand there and be like um....um... and will discover a problem and stratch out half of it. No matter what he's doing, he'll have to pause and say um... for a few minutes. Makes mistakes a lot. Idk that I learned the material that well.

most always say this class is the hardest calculus but langille made it pretty easy. hes kinda boring at times and loses track often but hes easy to understand and presents tons of examples in class. very nice professor and lots of partial credit.

Dr. Langille is clear in his lectures and gives many examples. He gives lots of homework but only 3-5 problems are turned in per week and no homework on test week. His tests are straight from homework and beyond easy. Despite the ease of the class he does a good job at teaching the material.
