Mr. Ellis was the most thought provoking professor I have ever had! The class was interesting because of HIM. I seriously looked forward to going to class to debate topics with him. He makes the material easy to understand and will spend extra time finding ways to explain it if you don't. He's by far the BEST psychology professor on campus.

Mr. Ellis is an extraordinary human being. I had him for college forum just looking to get through the class not expecting to gain a relationship with him. He has since become my mentor through college and through life. Majoring in a similar field as him he's provided a immense amount of guidance and support. He's an incredible person and teacher.

I laiughed so hard in his class. I actually stayed til 4 on Friday's to enjoy it. If you are shy and no sense of humor, then not for you! His Final is wicked EASY. Save all tests as its the SAME questions! You do not need the textbook. Its been 2 years and I still go catch up with him in the campus center. Good guy.

He really likes participation but doesn't grade you on it. It just makes the class more enjoyable. Only gives 4 tests, 4 quizzes, and a paper. The final is all from old tests. Great personality and not to hard to understand his accent. Not a hard class if you put a little time in and show up.

This teacher is hard to understand and really wants participation. If he sees you are not talking In class he will call you out. He makes you read the chapters and then he quizzes you on them without taking much notes on what s on the test. Not sure if this would be the best class for someone who is shy because of public speaking . Dropped class.

Very fun teacher! Definitely a class that needs some effort. Reading is a must! You have to earn your A, he doesn't hand them out. The tests aren't that hard as long as you've read. Powerpoints for every chapter. Easy to follow. Overall, an great class!

Mr. Ellis is a great teacher. He tells it like it is and I respect that. He doesn't give out A's you have to earn them. Make sure you grab the textbook and put forth the effort and you will get an A.

He talks about other students when they aren't there. Told my class that we aren't very important to him and that is why he never remembers what he tells my class. Gives quizes on chapters that you haven't reviewed yet. Just read your book and you can do ok. Study guides aren't in order. Wish I could of dropped it. Waste of time.

I really enjoyed Mr. Ellis' class. He certainly wont hold your hand but his material isnt presented in a rushed or difficult manner. He says he doesn't give A's. you have to earn it.....I got an A. He does expect participation so if you are shy it may bother you. He will call on you when you least expect it. As a person I really liked Mr. Ellis.

A completely inept individual in this position to find an adoring audience, promote his own biased agendas, belittle those he disagrees with, and condescend to all. For a psychologist, he could use a bit of therapy to address his insecurities, and how they are clearly taking over his life in the form of poorly masked narcisscism. Drop it and take P

His accent was a bit hard to get used to, but as long as you understood the basics of psychology, you will do great. His class is extremely fun and are full of active conversations. He is also extremely helpful if you have any questions.

Mr. Ellis is a great guy. However, his teaching style and often facts are inconsistent. He states that "no one gets an A in his class", but I dont think this is because the material is difficult. It is because it is not presented in a clear and comprehensive manner. He is a good listener though and is willing to work with you if you ask. But dont e

Mr. Ellis is more focused on his own life and interests than that of the class. I don't recommend taking a course with him. He assigns a paper and fails to offer any tips, suggestions, or assistance with it. Secondly, he always has excuses for when he dropped the ball. He is a midly-entertaining person..but do not think he should be educating peopl
