Really hoping to get a "B" in this course. History isn't my strong point but he tried to give us a chance to get grades up. 3 tests in last 2 classes(including final) 2 of which were multiple choice tests. The final(which i failed terribly) was on iraq book. Man has alot of info and great experience. Sad he wont be back to share his knowledge

One more thing to the kid that was under my last post. If you want a challenging quality education, which I'm sure your response will be, maybe you shouldnt be at Shepherd dumba$$. What do you want from a Gen Ed class? other hist prof's are notoriously hard and your complaining about him. you cant be serious. we'll all prolly get A's or B's N E way

I cannot believe this guy is getting good reviews. He is so unbelieably unclear and inconsistent. His quizes are like tests and you get one every week. I guess because he can crack a joke or two then students think he is cool and rate him well. I think he is a joke and has no clue how to teach.

He is an awesome guy! His stories are increidble; he has been everywhere. He wants you to learn, and does not care too much about grades. You will certainly not fall asleep in his class. He tells you exactly what is on the tests. You will not regret taking him.

Awsome teacher, if we had more like him college life would be great. Gives you vocab words each week then tests you on them the following week. No midterm or final. Kind of boring lectures but you can get other work done druing class. Take the tests and he will likly drop 4 or 5 of your worst ones.

Great professor who made class interesting with personal knowledge from his world travels. Genuine nice guy who wants you to learn, not fail. Will work with you to make sure you comprehend and learn from class. I highly recommend him. (An added bonus for the ladies, he is cute for an older man!)

Great teacher!! He is willing to work with you and he makes the class interesting. I am planning on taking him again, his travels and stories make History a whole lot more interesting. I will never take anyone besides him!! He is great.

VERY easy...and entertaining, sin=gs and dances in french...only 10-15 small tests on vocab words from the week beofre which he gives you..test are multiple choice, and also very interesting subject matter..if looking for an interesting and easy history he is a MUST have prof.

easy class...he gives u a list of vocab words and tests u on the the next week...no studying no midterm and no final just 10 or 15 multiple chpice tests on vocab words..you dont have to take any notes...he likes to talk A LOT!!

Comment:

Very easy and entertaining. He gave a worksheet of what you needed to know so you didn't have to take notes. You can even skip his class if you want to and he wouldn't hold anything against you! Very easy class!
