Ms. Lopardo is a great teacher and even better person. Not sure what the student below me problem is, however if you don't do the work and put in the effort you won't do well in any math class, period. Ms. Lopardo is always willing to help and offer support to make sure her students succeed. I would highly recommend this teacher. One of BCC's best

Im not sure what the person below me is smoking, but they're out of their mind. Ms. Lopardo is one of the nicest and most helpful teachers at BCC. Linda is one of the nicest and most helpful professors at BCC, and she really cares. If you're not going to put in the work, you're obviously going to struggle. Person below sounds like sour grapes to me

Terrible teacher. Offered absolutely no support for her students and at times hinted that her students were less than educated, being the nicest way to put it. i would never refer her as a teacher to anybody who expects a decent student-teacher relationship and satisfactory learning experience.

Even know I dont have a clue on what Im doing, she grades generously on partical points on math problems. I cant belive my grade is so high. The use of any calculator and cheat cards are allowed on tests. Kinda absent minded but incrediblly sweet.

She is a really good teacher, she made Statistics easy to learn and understand. If you show up and try you?ll do fine. Like any math type subject don?t get behind. She also answers e-mail in a timely fashion. The best classroom teacher I have had at night at B.C.C so far.

Ms. Lopardo is AWESOME! You have to work to understand the material, but she will help you any way she can. She's very good at explaining how to do the problems, and she's always available to the students for help in person or by email (responds within 24 hrs, usually much less!) If you have to take this class, take it with her. Nice person too.

There is no hugging, but I am a little worried about this class. We don't go over any homework and many of the probs are even and have no way 2 check 2 c if they are right and we are on the right path. I'd rather spend time at the begining of class to go over (nongraded)homework problems and would also like for the homework to have to be turned in!

shes boring but fine for most classes but if you take skills for success or a bs class with her it may get a little like hugging bunny's for the real men out there..i would get in trouble for leaving when she made people hug each other pretty much it was too much for me but passed with a lower grade because i was reluctant

Excellent instructor. Stuck to lesson plan week to week and covered all material in syllabus. Very good at explaining difficult concepts. Gave plenty of extra credit assignments. Take this instructor if you want to learn and understand statistics.

Mrs. Lopardo is such a nice lady, she was very accommodating and she let me take extra time on tests when I needed it. She is more than willing to assist students who need help, you just have to ask.

Several friends of mine and I thought Lopardo was very toug on the grading. Although she was a good eacher, 1/2 the class was failing at mid-terms and she seemed unconcerned. I had the best grade in the class with two D's, and she wouldn't curve them or anything!
