she is horrible. This was my second time taking her class in hopes that she improved but she has not. disrespectful, condescending, and doesn't grade her assignments until the last minute. You learn NOTHING.

Despite all of the bad reviews about Wells, I attempted to take her class since it was the only class I needed for an ADV minor. I figured she couldn't be as bad as the reviews say.. SHE WAS WORSE! After 2 weeks I decided to drop the class, flushing hopes of an ADV minor down the drain. It's too bad the word limit is only 369 or else i'd continue!

She is not a good teacher. AT ALL! Rude, condescending, tough grader, and doesn't teach. Avoid this class if you can. I am not joking. If you do have to take her good luck. I wish I could give her a negative rating.

Very condescending. If you participate in class, be prepared for her to either dispute your feedback or simply say no. Grading is very subjective and she never provides a rubric. Due dates have changed numerous times and she will call you out on class if you are on your phone or laptop. The whole class is one group project and 3 exams.

She is extremely vague all assignments/blogs/projects, I had to ask questions all the time and still would never get clear answers. The class was always confused on what was happening, honestly not learning anything of real value for advertising. She is very strict and blunt with everything in class. I would never suggest taking a class with her to anyone.

different style of teaching. if you say something make sure to have a source with name and time to back it up right there on the spot. You may (bull) other professors but not this one. Not only is Wells the worst professor I've had in the four years I've been at FGCU, but is she disrespectful, rude, and it's pathetic that we have to pay to get degraded by her. She has no directions, no guidance, and refuses to help. She's an embarrasment to the college, any decent review was written by her. Her and her classes are a joke.

Avoid taking a class with her. She does not explain anything well and will change due dates several times. Does not post any examples or anything on Canvas to show the class what she wants, even though it's an intro course. Currently have a group project and she did not make a rubric as to what she expects, so you're really on your own.

Took her Int. Markt. class. Horrible class. She won't grade assignments until you beg for them. Doesn't open the textbook but expects you to know concepts and definitions. At the end of the class whole class was gone from canvas. She grades everything at the end of semester so no time for you to fix anything. She argues even she knows she is wrong.

Worst teacher I have ever had. Don't buy textbooks and don't even take her class seriously. Doesn't even read papers. Maybe take this class if you want to get an easy A/B but prepare to be VERY annoyed the entire class. She doesn't answer any questions. Very condescending. Laziest teacher I have ever met. Put up 1/4 quizzes we were suppose to have.

Everyone is right on here, and I thought that they were just being harsh. I took her class and it was nothing but stressful. She gives you NO (ZERO) guidance, ABSOLUTLY NONE, and the whole class is a series of one group project extended along the year and youre completely clueless.

Comment:

Online course that placed heavy emphasis (70% of final grade) on group papers. Pray you get good teammates. Assignments submitted early in the semester were not graded until December -no way to gauge performance. Once graded, feedback was nonexistent. Teacher did not know how to use the online system. Did well in the class, but learned very little.
