A lot of what is discussed is "common sense" (i.e. don't attack a client, etc). Actively encouraged class participation, but it wasn't necessarily conducive to learning. Quizzes were very vague and could have multiple "right" answers. It's an easy course, and Mark is an easy professor. Very down to earth and a nice person overall.
