His tests and quizzes are very easy. He kind of mumbles in English and German. He loves jelly doughnuts. He is pretty funny. He's very opinionated. The book isn't necessary. He can make copies of anything from it that you would need. He's really cool and helpful.

Well, German is one of my majors. I came into this class (I started in 201) with three years of high school German. This class is way too easy. I have tried talking to the professor to see if I can get some additional material. He said he would get me some, but no such luck. He's a nice guy, but just not the professor for whom I had hoped.

I had him for 101 102 201 and then went abroad. He is a quality professor. Helps you if needed. Does a good job adding a joke to help stay focused. Other than that great for getting to know and understand the language and not just memorize it. If debating on taking him for a language credit I would choose him.

take Himmelein the courses just get better after the 102. Even in the 201 he keeps it interesting, do what you need to do and you'll pass with flying colors. Even if your not fluent in the language he will help.

Alright, I never took the 101, but still got an A in the 102. It's hard to pay attention in his class because of all of the sarcastic remarks that are made about the college and students' work. It's comical to watch him as he begins to lead into stories about traveling to Russia and sleeping in JFK airport

I took 201,202, and now 399 (german film), I've receiv ed all A's in his classes. He is nice,helpful, very funny, laid back, quizzes and tests are simple if you have a pulse. I had another german teacher at another college and Himmelein is very easy compared to him, yet you learn a lot--even more if you put effort in. TAKE HIM!

This is the language to take at mount. he knows you are only in there for the gen ed and he takes it pretty easy on you. just do the hw and study the pre test (they are almost identical to the actual test) and you'll get a a good grade

Very Good Professor, doesn't try to confuse you, doesn't give boatloads of homework, very honest--but polite, and helpful. good sense of humor. Participate in class, do the little homework you have, and study a bit for the test's and you will be fine.

It is the easiest language at Mount. Trust me I hate foreign language classes. Just put in the effort. He basically gives you a practice exam before the actuall exam(it is just like the in class exam). Do the online exercises it is easy pts, you get pts for just doing them. He will also be very helpful if you need it. He also give E.C. pts as well.
