Her exam is fair and based off of past bar exams. Just make sure to take out the marital property aspects of the old bar exams. The m/c comes from the practice quizzes she hands out throughout the semester. Know how to apply the major things (Holley factors etc.) and you should do fine.

You're put in groups for recitation. Know your cases in detail the week your group is up & have the relevant code sections pulled up. Do not show weakness when reciting or criticize her EVER. She's a fabulous lioness & will snap at you RAWR. She's an easy grader. MC is code-heavy & hard, but essays are very fair. Lectures are fun & interesting.

Very knowledgable on the subject of Marital Property! She can be fairly funny at times, which kept the class interesting. Recitation was by alphabetical order and I only got called on once. The exam was pretty average as far as law school exams go, though I feel she gave us a lot of help, if you showed up to all the classes.

Very knowledgeable. Knows everything there is to know about Marital Property law. Test is HARD. She tests on subject covered maybe 10 minutes in class. Get a good outline or make your own.

Fabulous! She is a total diva. People comment that she is cocky but she's actually just being real and those stories about the rich people actually make class more interesting. Admit it, she's hot and a fun profeasor who just like any other professor expects you to be prepared!! So do it!! I don't see what all the negative complaints are about

Alphabet recitation. Large class so you only recite once. Knows your case very well because she asks very specific question about the case. Some difficult and tricky MC questions but fair essay questions. Study the code book of sections she covers in class.

She loves to tell stories of old rich people she knew and cases she worked on. The test was harder than you would expect from the class. The only good thing is assigned recitation, but must know everything about your case.

The school ADORES this lady, but I found her to be snobbish and arrogant. She was appraochable if she liked/knew you outside of class, and ignored (or maybe she just didn't see me standing there) the rest. She would make the entire class WAIT through personal conversations with students whose parents she knew. WE DON'T CARE WHO YOU KNOW, LADY.

HORRIBLE prof. I absolutely dreaded going to class every day. Course was very boring & I struggled to stay awake. Learned NOTHING from class itself-thank God for an outline I got from a friend. Exam was unfair-she had a major question on a small, insignificant topic we didn't even discuss in class.

Having good notes is more important than reading the cases. She does a review of the previous class during each class, so what she thinks is important is very clear. Assigned recitation...she's pretty hardcore during recitation, so know your case. Also very moody -- patient one day, not so much the next. Fair exam -- no surprises.
