The guy definitely knows the language of finance. He's such a nice guy and he always takes his time to make sure everyone understands his lectures and project. A major part of his class is in fact the valuation project, but I actually loved doing it because he makes you like it.

One of the best teachers I have had at WVU. His tests aren't easy and they aren't multiple choice, but if you study you will do well. However, you do need to go to class to be able to do well on the tests. I highly recommend taking his classes. I intend to take any he teaches.

He definitely knows what he's talking about, but he teaches everything on Excel, which (surprise) isn't available for tests. Get a financial calculator for this class. Attendance is definitely mandatory.

Dr. Speaker is the BEST professor I have had in 4 years at WVU. His speach is Very clear, and audible. He writes down all his notes on a document imager during class, then uploads them after class, so if you miss something, you can get the notes. You must keep up with him, and read the book and do problems. Tests are fair, quizes are not hard.

Speaker is by far the greatest teacher I have ever had and anyone that doesn't think so should be spit on just for being ignorant!! Take his class every chance you get because he makes learning worthwhile... if ur tired of school like me... take his class to be happy!!
