Comment:
Final grade is based on his opinion of you (his words when I questioned him on the validity of my final grade). I found it hard to write my papers in support of his philosophy to be published in his next book. We actually had to sign a waiver at the beginning of the semester waiving all rights to our own work and that he could use student freely

This was by and far the worst professor I have ever had. The TA taught the class and they would argue about answers to questions. He supposedly retired from UTC, but I wouldn't even take a free lecture from him. I passed the class, but taught myself everything in order to do it.

Comment:
Professor is more interested in pushing his "Purposeful Action" propoganda rather than teaching the class. He attends less than half the lectures and throws everything into his TA's lap. His grading is completely arbitrary and routinely tests/quizzes over materials that he has not yet covered. He "real world" applications are completely unrealistic

Comment:
This teacher is completely worthless. Normally I would never say that about a teacher, but anything I've learned in this class has been from the TA. He pulls requirements out of thin air, mostly right before something is due, or sometimes even after it is due. He is utterly incapable of making himself clear. Complete waste of tuition.

Comment:
The professor means well, however he routinely fails to express the topic in a manner that gets across. Took Eng Economy from him. He threw practically everything on his grad student, appeared to put nothing into the class. Oftentimes would just send grad to teach. Tendency to contradict himself and unfamiliar material.

The worst teacher I've ever seen on my life for the following reasons: 1) grades based weather he likes you 2) VERY INTEMEDATING 3) let his TA do the exams, grading, 4) like to teach the 12 steps of his SILLY Purposeful Steps(which I do not buy) and forget about the course!, 5) Very unorganized.....I don't see any reason for keeping him in the Depa
