Rachael is generally a very kind, helpful person in class, but pretty awful when it comes to homework and tests. For tests, she really needs to work on making tests that doesn't end up having 20% of students not complete it. For assignments, she seems to forget that not all of her courses are upper level art history courses.

Rachael is a wonderful professor. Always clear with our class. The pace of 110 is fast, but she makes it manageable if you're willing to put in the work. Lot's of workbook exercises, but you learn from them. Her sense of humor is refreshing in a class that could feel mundane.

Rachael is the best professor I've had in my first semester. She's really helpful and her classes are very interesting. She's very detailed in her grading and checking of the essays, but it helps a lot. She's just great!!!

Amazing prof. Demands a lot but the rewards for putting in the work are bountiful. I'll always remember how she started off our class with Luther's 'sin boldly,' in other words, take language risks. Simply excellent.

What an understanding woman! She'll push you, but in a good way, though the computer stuff is a bit tedious, but she's willing to find the time and the people to help you solve it. I got a kick out of her sueddeutsch accent.
