He's always out of the country which doesn't make for a good teacher at all. He started off nice but then got kind of mean at the end. Pick good partners for your group project. Don't pick slackers who wont show up.

I had this class Fall semester of 2011 and there is no book required. Dr. Richard Bennett is very knowledgeable. The student answers 1-3 questions on about a page of reading. These questions are sometimes opinion. Two tests full of vocab. so 1 day before memorize and study. 1 group project - do it far before the deadline because it's worth a lot.

He can be an easy A...if you figure out what he expects. Mostly an online course, you just read a word document he sends and answer 1-3 questions. The confusing part is the group project, basically no guidelines but 30% of your grade. Nobody knows what he expects from the group. Tests (2) are purely fill in the blank....but not very easy.

Great professor, knows how to teach effectively. He is also very helpful when he is around. The class is mostly online and only meets in an actual classroom for tests. The tests are extremely easy, just use the study guide and read the outline and you will be set. Easy A class.

Requirements for assignments are not clearly spelled out in the assignment, therefore nobody knows what this professor expects. Never in his office during the evenings, and was out of the country for several weeks during this semester. Overall, expects a LOT of work for a class that's only worth 3 hours and that most people don't care about.

Horrible teacher. I really wish i had someone different. He was out of the country most of the semester and his modules were pointless. If you want to learn get someone else

GO TO CLASS. Knocks off major points if you miss class. No textbook, everything is done through a "review" that he gives through webct. He gives a study guide with terms. All the terms are on the guide so you can easily go through the class ignoring his lectures and do a quick study session with the guide. Easy A if u go to class and use the guide.

Took Dr. Bennett for Anthropology. Easy class. 1 major group project and 2 exams. Gives extra credit opportunities. As long as you complete the exam study guides and study all the info, you should do really well on the exams. Gives an additional 3 points to final grade at end of semester if you miss no classes and are late once. I recommend him!

Professor Bennett was a great teacher. He really knows what he is talking about and is willing to help students. He is very nice but he has a very strict no cell phone and attendance polocies. DO NOT skip this class if at all possible, I got a D because I missed a few classes. But overall he was a great teacher and I would reccomend him!

Took anthropology with him and got to say that he kept me somewhat interested at least. He always starts the class off with some lame joke that he thinks is funny but usually isn't 90% of the time. Overall though,he knows what he's talking about even though he can be quite boring at times. Tests are insanely easy and the one project is fun.

Very Fair Teacher. He cares about his students progress and his students in general. Strict attendance policy though. Enjoy his lectures, and is easily amused by jokes.

This class isn't too bad pretty interesting. He is boring at times. Tests are pretty easy, just study the guides he gives. DONT LET YOUR CELL PHONE RING! I lost HALF A LETTER GRADE for it which is crap!! Should receive an A but will probably get a B b/c of it. other than that would recommend
