Comment:
Prof. Romano is the type of professor that holds long, straining lectures that cover the basics of what's to be learned. Then, would go over a practice exam that slightly emulates the notes but gives a good representation of the actual exam. The class is easy to pass, but Romano tends to get lost in his own head. Would not recommend this class.

Comment:
Prof. Romano is very enthusiastic and funny while teaching, which is helpful in making us entertained. He includes tons of examples and can explain things very well when asked. BUT, Romano mixes up his words and very often says incorrect information. Makes it very difficult to follow a lecture. Holds lecture for longer than he is supposed to.

Dr. Romano is a brilliant individual with a strong grasp of the subject matter. His lectures can be a bit fast, so it's important to be prepared for the day, and ask any questions you may have. Our P-MBA program only meets every 3 weeks, and by the 2nd meeting he already knew each student by first name. A really solid professor.

Awesome class/teacher. Go to class. Tests come directly from the notes. I read the book to understand things better but review the notes for the exams. Don't dwell on the practice prob. b/c they won't come up but they do clarify the concepts. The test pract prob are important! do them b/c they can show up on exams. 3 tests. Good teacher.

Very engaging teacher. I found it very useful to read the textbook before class, though he never referred to or tested on the textbook material. Don't need to buy the book. Extremely generous curve. Knows his stuff. Makes things slightly more complicated and drawn out than necessary. Highly recommend.

Teaches a fair class, available for help outside of it, and extremely knowledgeable about economics - can't ask for much more from a college professor

This class is very fair. If you go to class, do the practice problems, study the notes, you will have no trouble. If you don't go to class, your grade will quickly show it. The lectures and notes are the ket to the class.

Very patient and helpful guy - I'd say too patient. We could learn a lot more but he really focuses on making sure everyone there understands. You could learn everything from the book. Fair tests basesd on the lectures.

Nice teacher and he makes sure that everyone understands the material before moving on...tests are all essay but are very fair. If you go to class and study the notes, you will get an A...the tests are based on his class lectures.
