Good explanations and lots of examples to help with the subject matter. The material was very easy the way he taught it. He was very approachable and willing to help in any way possible.

Baird was awesome, good at explaining, millions of examples, could have used a little more review on the method, and theory. AC circuits happened too fast.

Dr. Baird is a good man, he's very helpful when you approach him with questions outside of class. He does a lot of examples, he should do a little more theory rather than shooting in the dark while doing some advanced assignment questions. Textbook sucks, Labs sucks, but if your in his lab it's okay.

Dr. Baird is a good prof. He doesn't bother going over theory, just examples all the time. He can be a little unclear in explanations sometimes, but overall is good. Really helpful, concerned about his students. Class is fairly interesting. He's a lovely man. Wish he could be my grandfather (laughs).

great prof. He's willing to help at any time. I called him at home the night before final and he was very helpful! He believes in showing you practical skills on the topic and keeps boring theory to the minimum.

He skimps on explanations with everything. You are left to flounder and guide yourself in this course. The textbook is terrible and the labs are next to impossible. He is an easy-going person but that doesn't make someone a good teacher. He doesn't understand how anyone could possibly not understand.

A very good prof. Lacked in lecturing, but did a ton of example problems to get his points accross. Also was excelent with one on one help.

This is another one of those boring engineering classes where all you do is example problems. He didn't give any lectures, just did examples on the board, which he doesn't use all of so be quick to copy stuff down. Not hard material though so it isn't that bad. Good marking scheme though.

For the first time ever in an engineering classroom, the Prof is the coolest person in the entire room. By far. I wish he would act more like Christopher LLoyd, but as is, is terriffic. What does everybody think of Tom Selleck?
