Comment:

I took Intro to Acting with Cap a year ago. Now as a student in Advanced Acting with Cap, it's a completely different class. He's hard on you. You'll be confused a lot. You won't know what you're doing wrong. It's all a part of the process, but it doesn't make it hurt any less. Not a class for the faint of heart.

Comment:

Cap is an amazing teacher. He was very intimidating when I first met him however you warm up to him quickly. You need to be able to take his critiquing even if it isn't what you want to hear. Very helpful. Very constructive criticism. Don't miss class, after 2 you fail. Assignments are pretty easy. Do the best you can. Don't goof off. Great prof!

Cap is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. He's basically a genius when it comes to theatre, and he will make you fantastic IF you work for it. He has a very dry sense of humor. You have to work hard in his class, though. It's not an easy A.

In my opinion, Caprio is the most insensitive person I know, based off of a personal experience, but as a teacher I respect him with no bounds. He's an amazing professor. Yes, he's tough, but he'll really help you grow and he knows what he's talking about. He sees and appreciates effort and helps you make it even better.

Cap is the most brilliant man I have ever met. He is completely, brutally honest, and if you can't handle it, don't take the class. But I've grown as an actor more with him than anybody I've ever met. I respect him so much. Be prepared to work your ass off because he'll tell you if you're not doing truthful work.

don't not take his class if you are not a theater student its not a fun class at all he is very strict about his active that he gives you. he would make you memorize a monologs that is up to 4 mins and you have to attend the most dumb plays ever and you would have to be quiz on the plays that you attended

if you are not a theater student don't not take his because i am a nursing student and i took intro to acting as an elective and it was not the right choose to make. he would make you memorize monolog that is up to 4 minutes and criticize a lot when you are trying to act. and you would have to attended to the most dumb plays.

basically to succeed in his class you have to cry. he gave a lot of 'A's to people who didnt deserve them, and who didn't care about their activities. a little bitter am i but who isn't in that department. Cap is really sexy though, like really. he's a fox.

I have to admit I was scared of taking Cap's class, but it didn't end up being as bad as I thought. The open scenes we did were challenging, but a lot of fun. His quizzes were pretty easy as long as you paid attention during the discussion. He is brutally honest and tells you what he thinks, but it's good because it really helps you improve.

Assignments clear on what u need to do,if u do something wrong he will let u kno, hes very upfront, and tells u things straight up. the only way to get better is to kno what u r doing wrong. Has a very dry sence of humor and i think he is hillarious. Just do ur work and dont make him angry. he is tied with reid parker as fav. theater teacher!!!!

He's a smart talented guy but i don't think he likes to teach. He will try to tell you the first day who you are, and then put the fear of God in your class. My class was afraid to ask questions becasue he were afraid he'd blow our heads off again. He's cool when he's in a good mood but that's mostly when his baseball team wins. Asking for help is ok but he acts like it's a waiste if his time.

Cap taught me how to move out of my "House of Mirrors," and made me break my bad habits and start being real. Cap will challenge you and knows when you are half assing it. He gave me a "C" once, just to make sure I stayed on my toes. Work hard enough, and he will get you where you need to be!
