Great professor! He does not use a textbook, instead hands out a billion articles. Allows you to use a half sheet of paper on exams which is super helpful. If you go to class, semi pay attention and use the sheet for tests you will be fine! He makes corny jokes but it makes the dry subject kinda interesting I would highly recommend a class with him

He's very repetitive, and hands out a lot of papers. Doesn't use blackboard (or any technology), nor does he assign a book. He makes the best corny jokes, but can be a bit boring at times. Amount of work is light, and he's a very fair grader.

He's such a nice guy, I loved taking US & Canada and then NE with him. He's passionate about what he teaches. He's very helpful and loves talking about more after class! No homework, no books, only 3 tests and a project on what you want. He's awesome :)

This guy is nice boring and Super Easy.He dosent use a textbook but passes a massive amount of articles everyday. I fell asleep almost everyday. I wouldnt miss too many classes because you miss notes needed for exams and essays. Easy grader and best corny jokes.Let us have a cheat sheet for exams. Honestly you cant fail this class unless you tried

Nice guy. Easy to follow. Yes, may be boring at times. Passed out many articles each day. No text book. Tests covered a lot of information, but he was very clear as to what that information would be. I learned a lot in his class and would take another from in for sure!

I hate this class so much. He's such a boring professor and his jokes are both offensive, crude, and lame. He laughs at everything he says and teaches the same material repeatedly. The first couple of classes were just a PSA for his other classes. I don't recommend this professor at all!

definitely take his class. its boring but i survived u can too. He cracks a lot of corny jokes but hey at least he tries. he is very helpful and very nice and will help u in any way if he knows if you are faling. gives x tra credit too!! def take it!

I took every class Donnell offered, and always got A's. His dry sense of humor always makes me laugh. The joke isn't necessarily funny, but because it isn't, it's funny LOL He's so nice and a great professor. Extremely helpful too.

Donnell is the man! his corny jokes is what kept me going in class. and this field trip we took. he was awesome, taking like atleast 30-40 pictures on his digital.. (of nothing too spectacular) funny character and an easy going professor

He'll love you if you ask questions and become involved. He'll say everything about 6 times, so if you miss a course, no biggie. He will cut you a break if you're active in class, have good attendance and turn things in on time. Good for those with bad memories.

The man is obsessed with death, gleefully showing slide after slide of human disaster, seemingly reveling in the fact that so many thousand people were washed away in some monsoon. Weird. Still, the coursework was insultingly easy, more suited for elementary level classes, you get what you pay for.
