Prof Tisdale is one of the best professors I have ever had. I had just changed my major to Political Science before taking his class, and taking International Relations taught by him was very interesting and entertaining.

Comment:

He is hillarious! I took him at 8am for government and he kept me awake the whole time. You don't learn a whole lot in his class, but he is smart and super funny. Extreamly liberal, so if you're very right wing, he will test your political views. He's very honest, but a little jaded. I do recommend him though, he is really great!

Comment:

Excellent teacher with a fantastic knowledge of politics and history. His lectures are incredible. However, he is very disillusioned with the human race, and his pessimism becomes tiring - young people of this world cannot afford to become jaded. Nonetheless, he is an excellent instructor, and I highly recommend him.

Honestly this guy is great. I hear he is retireing soon. Better take him before he is gone! His class is honestly the best I have taken. It is the most interesting and thought provoking. Reading the books he recommends is suggested... not that you need to to pass the tests... just for fun! They are good books!

The funniest teacher you will ever have!!! You don't learn a whole lot in his class, but it is the best class to take at 8am. He is very liberal- and the only negative thing I can say about him is that he doesn't care enough about his class and talks a lot about his political views, so you tend to slack off. But he is VERY funny, and nice.

If you are a fan of Redneck Conspiracy Theory, being spoken to like a child, and trying very, very hard to follow non-linear ramblings, this is the class for you. Tisdale is extremely knowledgeable, but he should retire already. If you can write an essay, you'll do well; just pay attention, if you can.

His American gov class is a cake walk. as long as you pay attention the day before the test, you'll get an A. His upper level classes are a bit more challenging, though. He's got an awesome perspective on the "ways of the world," but he thinks the government is out to get everyone. he's constantly references conspiracies. entertaining as hell!

EASY EASY class; he tells you all the questions and answers to the tests before you take them. If you take notes during the reviews, it's seriously impossible to fail. he is an extreme hardcore liberal though, so only take him if you don't mind the biased view. Most of what he says makes sense though, and is somewhat insightful.

I loved Tisdale's class he's very intelligent and his lectures are very interesting. The tests are difficult but if you study you are sure to get an A. If you are interested in Government studies and looking at events from all angles this is the teacher for you. HIGHLY recommend him =)

I've had him for two diff. classes, he never uses the book just a waste of money. He talks the whole class. write down everything or bring a recorder. Never any homework, but the test make up for that. You need to know how to write correctly atleast try and he'll notice. But you HAVE TO STUDY HIS NOTES. I love his stories...

Yeah, I was the walk-out. Great Teacher. Insightful and what a brain! Take exquisite notes and memorize them. He loves well writen exams and papers. Attempt to over achieve and you will be well rewarded. Biased but the wealth of knowledge is so worth it. I wish I could have taken him during a regular semester. He's a must for real learning!

The class was a blast. It was a summer course and we never had homework. Just show up and listen to his hilarious stories and insightful conspiracy theories. Take meticulous notes and learn them verbatim and you'll get an A. Fun guy, fun class.

I REALLY ENJOYED HIS CLASS!!! IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE WAY BUSH IS RUNNING THIS COUNTRY THAN YOU SHOULD DEFINATELY TAKE HIS CLASS. HE DID NOT LIKE THE TEXTBOOK AT ALL BUT HAD TO USE IT BECAUSE COLLEGE REQUIRED HIM TO DO SO. HE TEACHES FROM HIS NOTES AND REVIEWS EACH TEST EXACTLY. IT WAS REALLY AN EASY CLASS.
