His assignments are pretty simple if you listen in class. The final paper is really tough though, but he is willing to help you. I liked him a lot. Just pay attention to what he says because it will help you more than the book. The book isn't really necessary.

One of the most difficult courses that I took was Data Analysis, he is a tough professor and by the book which I respect. It was difficult to interact with him compared to the other professors, and he made clear his political views which is not relevant during class.

Latin American Politics class, 1997--Dr. Govea is fun, interesting, fair, and clear. And cool as heck.
