Sandy is an amazing instructor. I was so lucky to have taken her Biotech class-I got a job in the field and it changed my life!!!! Sandy has a PhD, she really knows how to explain material and is an extremely nice person. One of the best instructors ever!!!

Dr Slivka is a smart lady. She knows the materials really well. A lot of homework in this class, but it will help you for your test. I had to put a lot of effort in it, and I ended up getting an A. You will know a lot after this class. Cummulative final. Fun class to take and good for major.

She briefly goes over exmaples, thus forcing you to study a grip! Midterm was horrible, I got a C on it, but pulled though at the end and recieved an A. Some may think she is tough, but if you study a lot like you should, then things will be fine. She is a really nice lady/approachable. Goodluck!

I found she is very wicked. Won't accept late work. (even few minute after deadline). Her test is nothing like the lecture. She jump from chap to chap very hard to study for test. Try to make it difficult for you. Some like her teaching style, not me

She is not a good professor. She is extremely unclear and does not seem to care if you learn or not, it's your problem. She tests you on things that are not in the book and that are not from her lectures. All of the tests are from old book test bank

This teacher is the best BIO teacher EVER. She explains in detail evrything you need to know, but you still need to read the material. She wants you to pass and is very helpful.
