Professor Frank is a really nice guy, he cares about his students and will help as much as possible for you to pass. However, you do have to have motivation to do well. If you skip class, you will surely have no idea what is going on. I took Calc with Management Applications. The test were hard but doable.

Professor Frank is a really nice guy, but I felt he had no clue what was going on 90% of the time. He gives a ridiculous amount of homework and often does not teach the material required to do it. I felt that going to class was a waste of time and was bored very easily. This class really brought down my GPA.

One of the worst professors ever. Taught by reading the textbook, lectures barely helped me comprehend any of the ridiculously hard content, never slowed down and kept quickly moving on from sections. Almost gave me a 0 because one program wouldnt save my changes. Also believes that no one can get the same grade in his labs, dumbest thing ever

Took him for calc 3. Great professor and runs the class very well. Gives assignments due each class so you don't fall behind. Tries to help you when grading. Most fair grader I have ever experienced. Have to do a good amount of work on your own to do well.

While he isn't the best teacher, he makes sure that he gives all his students the chance to succeed. He always went over the homework the class before it was due to make sure no one had any questions. He is an easy grader and if it looks like you're doing the question right, he'll give full credit even if you got it wrong in the end.

You have too memorize all the theorems in the textbook and all the definitions. He's not very good at explaining the concepts and the homework is a lot harder than what you do in class.

He is honestly a horrible teacher. His lectures are so vague in which he goes over one easy problem and then the homework are 10x harder. Also his test are extremely hard, an since there are only two its hard to keep your grade up. Worst math teacher I ever had so far, but he seems like the only guy who teaches calc III so good luck....

He is a nice teacher but he is not clear. I would literally go to his office hours and still be confused. HW is time consuming and tough because they tend to be tougher then the examples he shows us in class. There were even a few times where he even struggled with the HW problems. The HW makes you think that the exam is gonna be hard when it's not

Professor Frank is a very nice guy and really wants to help, but he is not the best teacher. He goes through material quickly, which makes the homework a bit difficult. Homework is assigned online for each week through webassign, not fun. He assigns homework using the maple program too, which was a horrible experience. Do well on the 1st test!

There are three FAIR exams that he is really good with giving partial credit. His lectures are simple; he just doesn't go over a lot of examples so you need to apply the basics to actual problems which was the toughest part of the course for me. This is my 3rd time having Prof. Frank and I have never had a problem otherwise!

He was a nice guy but he was not a clear teacher. I found myself always having to use youtube or yahoo answers in order to understand how to finish my homework- even though i had pages and pages of notes. The homework was so hard but the tests were basic... i didnt know how to do hw to even learn for the test. Tests were back to back.

Nice man, but completely ineffective as a teacher. LITERALLY did not teach the class by assigning different portions of the textbook to students and having them present while he was on his phone. Could not answer my questions due to the lack of knowledge on the subject, and would painfully stumble through them in class.

He is a very nice guy and is very funny at times, however many of the classes are very confusing and he works in a way that HE thinks is best, not so much the whole class. Overall, it wasn't that impossible to get a decent grade, but the class could've been much easier.

I had professor frank for linear algebra and he's a really nice guy, but can't teach the material, but literally. He assigned each student a section in the text book and we had to teach the class, and we were graded on how well we presented. He never taught us, and in office hours he's not that helpful. Avoid him if you can.

The material is rather challenging and I think Prof. Frank teaches it well. His test are hard, but fair. Studying and practicing problems is essential to do well. He's willing to answer any of your questions [although he sometimes laughs because he thinks you should know it]. I honestly think he's a great at teaching math!
