Sibeal is a nice person. Pretty easy going class. But isn't that open minded about different people's styles. I'm an abstract artist. She said we could do abstract but anytime I did, she made me feel like I shouldnt. She wants you to paint realistic & how SHE likes it. It made my anxiety bad and I won't be taking her classes again. Nancy is best.

She is a nice and easy teacher. You have to find and use your own time to finish the project. She will give you high mark if she know you are working hard. This class could boom your GPA up, I will choose her class again.

She's a very nice and nonchalant teacher that I respect for that. She gives you extensions, or if you're behind due to reasons beyond control and talk to her about it she's understanding and gives you all the time you need. I feel that she didn't outline the fundamentals enough for us at the beginning but she does demos/gives critique if you ask.

I can't gush enough about Sibeal. She has such a good attitude and she's super helpful - I took three courses with her and would love to take more some time. I wanted to skip for a lot of other profs, but I never wanted to miss a class with her. I only wish every prof were as passionate as Sibeal is.

I'd have to say she is a great teacher, always says something that makes the class laugh. And is really helpful with pointing out tips to improve your work. Appreciates that each persons work is different! And there's no wrong.

Extremely helpful, understanding, fun, and caring. i'd never taken a drawing class before this course, and ended up with an A-. she's extremely helpful and marks according to progress and hard work, she critiques your work and if you follow that, you're good!

Sibeal is awesome! She's the kind of teacher that i love to talk to about art! She's helpful and understanding in everyway. She sticks to the course criteria, but she doesn't pressure you into handing in work every week, which is great if your a full time art student! and she gives creative/insightful criticism!

she's super nice! very understanding and helpful with my art work. i had her last fall and sadly, that period of time,one of my family passed away. she was very understanding and kindly gave me an extension on my work. one of the work i painted in her class even got a award from the bc art coucil. i definately encourage you guys to take her.

Sibeal is without doubt one of the greatest instructors ever. She's understanding, genuine, caring, fair, funny, smart, straight-forward and honest. When she gives you feedback on your work she KNOWS what she's talking about. It's pretty hard not to love her to pieces, she's just a great person overall. TAKE HER CLASS DAMN IT!
