A lot of people are saying he's boring but he's not that bad. I thought he was informative. He practically gave the answers when reviewing for a test. Also the online practice tests really helped a lot. Unfortunately he's retiring.

Well, his class is boring. He only has 6 tests and one final. You can only drop one test but you can't drop the final. You only need to do the practice tests and you will do good. However, he does grade for attendece! if you come to class on time until the end of the semester, you'll get 2% of the overall grade. Not easy and not hard.

He is extremly boring, do not take the morning class you will fall asleep. The article reviews he is extremly nitpicky on. Also im pretty sure he doesnt really read them. his test are not that hard just know the vocab and take the practice test and you will be fine but I now hate Economics because of this class.

I never fell asleep in a class more than this guy. SO boring!!! ..but he knows his economics! .. the guy talks in one tone the whole class which puts you to sleep quicker than nyquil, and talks in circles the whole time.

Professor Meier is a good instructor because he knows what hes talking about.The way he talks about it can be boring and could potentially put you to sleep.I did not purchase the book.He has power point notes that you print out and then bring to class while he goes over the information, writing down more if needed.And practice quizzes on angle.

This class is incredibly hard to concentrate in. Teacher talks in circles. Never opened the book in class but you must read it to pass tests. Does give online practice test which are helpful but a lot of material on tests were never gone over. Boring, must study to pass, I wouldnt recommend him at all.

He needs to retire, but it's possible to get an A without an insane amount of effort. Read the book and take the practice tests online, and do the extra credit. That being said, he's a terrible teacher, so don't expect to start liking economics. He's not THAT bad, just clearly past his prime.

I don't know what anyone is talking about! He is great. He does talk monotone and he knows it but he says what needs to be said. TESTS ARE EASY! There are practice tests online and they have the same questions as the regular test... extra credit for attendance, extra credit for extra current event articles, awesome teacher; knows his stuff!

This is the worst teacher i've ever had (along with Bill Klein for govt). All he does in class is TALK with the funkiest accent ever that just scrapesss my brains. i hated him. i BARELY pulled B and my major is business! don't take him! take an online class!

IF you pay come to class, pay attention, print out powerpoint sheet and do quizes on angel one will pass the course. There will be a guaranteed A-C grade average. If one takes the class lightly it can be detrimental to ones grade. His is the only Prof. for MAC and MIC economics. If you ask him questions it will keep the class interesting.
