Comment:

She was not helpful at all. You are thrown in and expected to be able to write for the newspaper no problem as a Journalism ONE student. She does not proof read work either, just throws it in the paper unless you specifically ask her to read it. You do not learn anything about being a journalist like the rubric says, you just write for the paper.

Comment:

Professor Todd is extremely biased. She will show extreme prejudice against anybody who is conservative leaning in anyway. All of the readings that we did in her Composition class were extremely liberal. If you are not an extreme liberal feminist, then you definitely should not take this class. Classes are also long and boring, not much to do.

It seemed to me that her grading was skewed by personal beliefs... it was clear where she stood on social and political matters and would show bitterness toward you for expressing right wing, or any non-feminist views. I have family members who took her honors courses and all agree. She will waste ur lecture time talking about anything... literally

Hated this class. She's extremely feminist and doesn't really allow others to express their opinions. It's extremely easy to get her off topic (which I guess is a bonus) and you can waste almost the whole talking about dolphins instead of the material. Takes forever to return assignments and you never know what your grade is in that class.

I had her for Comp 1 and 2. At first, she seemed really cool, and then...didn't. She didn't take attendance, which was good for me since it was an 8am class. Overall, ok teacher. Wasn't too much help to me, though.
