Professor Layton is absolutely amazing. He obviously enjoys teaching and has a passion for the subject. He is by far the funniest Professor I have ever had and the class is so much better for it. You will learn useful tools and get a good grade if you show up and make an effort. 101 is all about descriptive writing.

By far the best professor I've had at Umsl. I never have liked english but I managed to get an A- out of the class. And if you do the work which isn't hard you'll get at least a B. Layton is funny as hell and likes to make jokes during class.
