very easy class. no hw just tests. All his tests are open notes and some are even take home. Lectures go over almost all of the information that is going to be on the test, ALMOST. he uses personal examples to make the informaion easier to understand.

TAKE HIS CLASS IF YOU WANT IT EASY. He is funny. Comes to class 5-10mins late but I don't really have a problem with that. Textbook is very helpful when answering take-home exams. In-class exams were open notes.This class was really really easy.

Tom is AWESOME...one of two GOOD attorney's I know. If you want to learn he teaches in a way that makes you learn. If you want to argue a point on a Test he will give you the point for a good argument, even if you are factually wrong. He is VERY comfortable in his skin, and it shows!!! TAKE HIS CLASS...

This class is a joke. All tests are take home and he gives you the answers to 1/4 of the questions in class. The Cons: I learned absolutely nothing but how to look up answers in a book. The Pros: You can't even get an A this easy in high school.

This guy is AMAZING!!! Hes a real lawyer so he has experience and doesn't just read out of the book. 9 out of 10 times when he teaches, he actually has personal experience with the law! His lectures are liberal and if you get a questions wrong on his very easy tests (as long as your in class) you can argue your point & get credit! TAKE THIS GUY!!

This guy is awesome, his teaching style was new to me... Your grade is average of the tests +/- depending on extra credit and attendance and at least half the tests were take-home. Conveniently likes to argue so if u argue ur case on a test question long enough you'll get credit for it, that's how he makes u know what you know by the end of the class. He goes thru the things he thinks r important, tells LOTS of stories, and he makes is VERY DIFFICULT to FAIL his class but at the same time you learn a lot.

Mr. Wagner gives great reviews. His tests are easy if you listen in class at any time. He is a practicing attorney. I think that is great for teaching law.
