Comment:

Fair instructor but make sure you read the material before class discussions or she will humiliate you. Make sure you come for the review sessions before tests since she'll tell you exactly what's on it, but the trade-off is if it's not phrased exactly as she explained it to you she WILL take substantial points off. Nice lady outside of class.

Comment:

Very easy class. You dont have to really read the assignments, as long as you read the sparknotes you will have adequate information to answer questions in class. The best thing about her is that she tells you the exam questions the class before the exam. The exams are all open ended if you use the answers she gave you the class before youll pass

Easiest college class I have taken yet. You can skip every class and just arrive on review and tests days and pass. Only had 2 tests and 1 essay. If you turned in the essay early she would read it and tell you exactly what you need to fix. There was a review the day before each test which gave every answer of the test. No Final.

Comment:

If you are looking for an easy lit elective with minimal work, this is the class. Rarely did the reading, studied the notes, and received As on the tests. One paper (2-3 pages) that if you turn in a rough draft she will tell you how to correct to get a good grade. Overall a really nice professor; I would take her class again!

Very easy course and very nice professor. Mostly memorization but it makes you learn the material. One short essay and 2-3 tests based on the notes from each class. I would take her class again.

If you can attend every class and are good at memorization, then this is an easy A. you really can't miss a class, but hey it's college. She writes the notes on the board and as long as you basically copy and paste it into your test, you cannot fail. Grades are 4 tests and 1 easy paper and lots of extra credit

Take the notes she puts on the board, study them word for word, and you've got a hundred on the test. Didn't realize that the first test and got a C, other two got over a 100. Gives extra credit for each exam too. Really nice and easy class

the class was easy and very straight forward. she gives you everything you need to know for the tests, theyre directly from your notes but make sure you study. you can get away with not doing the reading but make sure you copy her notes. Shes adorable and is always dressed nicely for class. Id recommend her for anyone looking for a lit elective :)

loved her!!! as long as you read and participate you'll be fine. she gives 2 pop quizzes that are for extra credit. she tells you what to study for the tests. she's funny and extremely nice! take her for readings in us lit!!!!

I took her for Readings in US Lit but I heard she is not teaching it next semester. She is very easy & clear. There is a midterm & final and 1 paper to do. She gives you to material that is going to be on the tests so its pretty easy to pass. She is very nice & is very helpful. I would definatly take her again.

Amazing teacher. She is so nice and does a lot so her students will succeed. She let our class watch Game 2 of Phillies vs. Rockies. Amazing! You don't have to read the stories but I recommend it. They are short and if you participate its extra points. Very classy and always dressed nice for class

At first i got the impression she was a snot and that this class was going to be hell. It turns out she really is a nice lady and as far as tests go she gives u all of wat u need to know. If she writes something on the board thats ont he test.. and her papers aren't bad..easily graded...I highly recommend this professor and I plan to take her again

This professor seems to be an easy professor. when you study for test be sure to write only what she tells you to write. there is no room for error on vocab. you are not allowed to have your own thoughts; if you do that is points taken off or your score no room for growth in this class. professor is very bais

Comment:

So sweet and incredibly easy. She goes thru all of the work she assigns and welcomes all discussion. She requires two easy test and one short essay. I would HIGHLY recommend this class (if she is the teacher) to any english major who is in need of an english elective. Its interesting and simple.

She used the entire class time to cover the story from beginning to end. She invited students to contribute to class discussions. She gave 2 easy tests and 1 easy paper; She gave clear instructions/notes. Also, she gave two opportunities for extra credit. I would highly recommend her.

I love her! She is a wonderful teacher and really gets the class to speak up. She is very lively, funny, and just really great. I am an English major, and if I could have her as my professor for all of my English courses, I undoubtedly would.
